This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected by Berne UK Limited and its UK affiliates and their brands (collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we”, “us” or “our”) on websites (including mobile sites and apps) which link to this Privacy Policy, via registration forms, surveys, competition entries, at events (including awards), or if you contact us (online, by post, telephone or social media).

5. Sharing your personal data

b) Our business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors as part of our relationship with you, and after confirming that they will only process your information on our instruction and while using appropriate security.

c) Our auditors, legal advisers and other professional advisors or service providers.

5.3 In the case of personal data obtained via our websites:

6. Disclosure of personal information

6.1 We may share your information with third parties:

a) If we sell or buy assets, in which case we may disclose your personal information to the prospective buyer or seller, subject to the terms of this privacy notice.

b) If the assets of oneninefive or any organisations which are part of oneninefive are acquired by a third party and members and contacts are one of the transferred assets.

c) If we are legally required to share your personal data, or in order to enforce or apply our contractual terms and conditions with you.

d) To protect the rights, property, and safety of oneninefive, our customers, and others. This includes sharing your personal information with other organisations for the purposes of fraud protection, credit risk reduction and preventing cybercrime.

7. Transfer of your personal data

As part of our processing activities we may transfer your personal data to third countries.

We will always ensure we have a written data processing agreement with these processors to ensure the same level of data protection in the United Kingdom will apply.

8. Retention period 

We won’t keep your personal data any longer than we need to.
