The organization was established when Dave Hadden and JoAnne Schaberick, Pro-ficiency’s founders, saw an opportunity to put their expertise in virtual patient simulation and training analytics from the CME space to work in clinical research. In a profession so heavily focused on data, quality, and process, the opportunity to deliver better, more meaningful training was endless.
